Whereas with SMSbump, you essentially have to learn a whole new software, and this is where Klaviyo gets you. Yes its more expensive, but how much is your time worth. This is really the biggest reason I end up selecting Klaviyo over SMSbump… I already know it, and it so easy to see where the SMS messages are going to fit alongside my emails.
