A step by step guide to setting it up yourself. Every Monday the system pulls your email marketing data, checks the status of ongoing work, checks Slack for anything the client is waiting on, and writes a plain-language report. This guide shows you exactly how to build your own version of it.

Book a time
Want help getting this running across your own client list? Choose a time that suits you. It takes 30 minutes and you'll leave with at least one thing you can action.
MCP stands for Model Context Protocol. Think of it like a phone line. It is what lets Claude ring up Klaviyo, ask a specific question, and get a real answer back using live data instead of guessing. The guide walks you through all six pieces below.
Where the marketing numbers live. We use Klaviyo. Omnisend is a documented alternative.
Where the report gets posted and where ongoing work is tracked. We use Asana. ClickUp, Monday and Trello are options.
Where the team, and sometimes the client, gets notified. We use Slack, plus email for one client.
Run once per client. It asks for every value the report needs, then saves it as a config block on a task.
Never run on its own. It batches calls, merges deliverability lookups and isolates failures so one bad search does not kill the report.
Turns the saved config into a recurring Monday task covering the previous Saturday through Friday.
What an MCP connection actually is, written for someone with no technical background.
How to run one Klaviyo connector per client account, so you are not logging in and out all day.
Why the built-in connector only supports one workspace, and the two options that actually work.
Setup, efficiency and scheduling. Read them carefully before you install anything.
The guide opens straight away and lands in your inbox too.
Data source, task organizer, communication channel. The guide covers each one.
Test a manual report first. Only schedule it once a clean run comes back.
This system is built to save time, not to remove the human from the process. Every output should be read by a real person before the client ever sees it. The data pull can be wrong, and the plain-language write-up is generated, so it needs checking by the person who knows the account.
Do not install any skills, plugins or prompts without reading them first. These get direct access to your accounts and your clients' accounts, so do your own due diligence.
